• The Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager will oversee the organisation’s BI operations, delivering high-quality reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights that enable data-driven decision-making across all divisions. This role is responsible for defining the strategic direction of BI initiatives, driving the adoption of modern BI platforms and methodologies, and ensuring alignment with the company’s broader goals and vision.
• You will work cross-functionally with business units, technology teams, and stakeholders, managing BI projects from inception to delivery. They will foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making within the organisation and ensure continuous improvement in BI practices and tools.
• This role reports directly into the Principal Manager Data Product and will have direct reports.

• Develop and implement BI strategies in line with company objectives.
• Foster collaboration between BI teams and other departments to ensure insights are embedded into decision-making processes.
• Manage all BI projects, ensuring they align with business priorities and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of enterprise reporting, dashboards, and self-service BI capabilities.
• Ensure BI solutions are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.
• Establish and enforce data governance, data quality, and security practices.
• Translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights tailored to different audiences across the organisation.
• Partner with executives and senior leaders to influence decisions through robust data-driven insights.
• Stay current with advancements in BI platforms, data visualisation, analytics, and emerging trends.
• Encourage the adoption of innovative BI technologies and methodologies across the business.
• Develop and implement Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for BI initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the performance and impact of BI initiatives, recommending improvements where needed.
• Provide leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship to the BI team and related functions.
• You have/are…
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (computer science, engineering, statistics etc)
• Advanced SQL and Advanced Python (coding languages)
• Intermediate level of Excel/Google Sheets (spreadsheet program)
• Advanced Tableau (data visualisation tool)
• Basic Statistics (technical knowledge)
• Knowledge of code and model management best practices
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Competence in project management, with an ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
