We’re expanding fast and need a results-driven sales pro to help bring in new clients. The Role We’re looking for someone who can generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships. You’ll be the first sales hire, so there’s huge opportunity to grow with us. What you’ll do: find and reach out to potential clients who can benefit from offshore staffing, run discovery calls and present solutions that meet client needs, manage the sales cycle from prospecting → pitching → closing, and build repeat business and strong client relationships. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships. Great communication and negotiation skills. Self-starter who’s hungry to hit targets and grow.
