About
Business Development & Partnerships Associate (Part Time) Location: We are located in Bali so it would be great if you were based here, however, if you are the right fit then we are open to other locations as the work will mostly be remote. Commitment: 2 days per week About Humanistics: Humanistics is a team of registered Workplace Psychologists & Consultants who are driven to help organisations build sustainable performance, reduce costly risks, and develop long-term human capacity. We’re not a generic consultancy or another “mindset” brand. We’re psychologists who translate science into practical tools for businesses and individuals. And we’re ready to grow. Guided by latest in behavioural science research we offer a range of services, including workshops & training, leadership development, leadership coaching, performance coaching, diagnostics & assessments, consulting, and culture development all with the goal to help our clients solve real workplace challenges, increase profits, and empower their people to live rich and meaningful lives. About the Role: As we are looking to grow and expand our services across Australasia and Asia, we’re looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to help Humanistics reach more of the organisations and people who need our support. This role is a mix of lead generation, relationship building, and smart business development. You’ll help us get in front of the right decision-makers, create opportunities, and build lasting partnerships. This is not about high-pressure selling, it’s about connecting with organisations, understanding their challenges, and opening doors for meaningful conversations. Key Responsibilities: • Research and identify potential clients (HR, People & Culture, Safety, and L&D leaders). • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers through LinkedIn, events, and networking. • Craft tailored outreach campaigns (linkedin messages, emails, introductions) that reflect our human, evidence-based approach. • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline in a structured, organised way. • Support proposal development and pitches, working directly with the founder (a Registered Psychologist). • Explore and establish partnerships (e.g., industry bodies, sports organisations) that can expand Humanistics’ reach. About You We’re looking for someone who is: • A self-starter – comfortable driving growth without needing everything mapped out. • A relationship builder – people enjoy talking to you, and you know how to open doors without being “salesy.” • A strategic thinker – able to spot opportunities and connect the dots between what we offer and what organisations need. • A doer – organised, proactive, and willing to get stuck in. Your background might include: • 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, recruitment, or B2B sales. • Ideally, experience selling consulting, training, or L&D services. • Confidence using LinkedIn and digital tools to connect with professionals. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Curiosity about psychology, human performance, and workplace culture (you don’t need to be an expert, we’ll teach you). What’s on Offer • Competitive remuneration – base salary plus a % share of project delivery revenue. • Impact – Help bring psychology-led solutions into industries where they’re most needed. • Growth – Work alongside a founder who’s building a brand from the ground up, and grow with the business. • Collaboration – You won’t just “sell”—you’ll shape how we grow, who we partner with, and how we tell our story. • Impact – bring psychology-led solutions into industries where they’re most needed. • Flexibility – part-time role (approx. 2 days per week), remote-friendly, with freedom to manage your own workflow.
