Backed by global technology and certification partners such as Microsoft, Google, ThriveDX, and AI Certs, we help businesses and academic institutions build job-ready skills in Cyber Security, AI, ICT, Leadership, and Business. We are now looking to recruit an experienced, mature, and results-driven Business Development Manager through our outsourcing partners to support our expansion in Australia and Asia Pacific region. Key Responsibilities - Identify, qualify, and close B2B opportunities across: - Corporate sector (SMEs to large enterprises, 10–5000+ employees). - Academic sector (universities, private colleges, schools, pathway providers). - Build and manage a pipeline of decision-makers including HR, L&D, Training Managers, Academic Directors, and IT leaders. - Lead outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, InMail, outreach tools), calls, and partner channels. - Conduct consultative discovery meetings to assess client needs, budgets, and timelines. - Develop and present proposals for subscription plans, workforce training solutions, and academic partnership models (bulk seats, white-label, articulation pathways). - Manage the end-to-end sales process including negotiation, contracting, and onboarding handover. - Track activity and outcomes in CRM, ensuring accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting. - Provide structured feedback to refine sales strategy, product-market fit, and marketing approach. Requirements - Proven B2B sales record in education, SaaS, or training services with clear revenue outcomes. - Experience engaging corporate HR/L&D executives and academic decision-makers (e.g., Deans, Program Directors, Institutional Partnerships). - Strong understanding of subscription sales, workforce training, and academic partnerships. - Knowledge of Australian higher education and vocational training markets (experience with USA/UK markets a strong advantage). - Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn prospecting and tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, CRM integrations, automation platforms). - Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, with a neutral accent suitable for international audiences. - Confident, professional, and able to handle senior executive discussions with credibility. - Self-driven with an entrepreneurial approach, able to work independently with minimal supervision. - CRM fluency and ability to run structured prospecting campaigns. - Familiarity with EdTech platforms, micro-credentials, or certification-based training is highly desirable.
