About Kloud Connect
Kloud Connect is a growing SaaS company that helps accounting firms and professional-services businesses control expenses, streamline operations and unlock data-driven insights. As we expand our practice-management offering, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst who can translate complex accounting workflows into elegant product features.

The Opportunity
You’ll sit at the centre of product, engineering and client success—shaping requirements, guiding delivery and championing continuous improvement across our cloud platform. Your accounting knowledge and BA toolkit will ensure we ship features that delight partners, bookkeepers and end users alike.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Support: Triage and resolve ledger-posting, billing and reconciliation issues to keep the platform running smoothly.
Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate clear, consistent communication between clients, internal stakeholders and development squads.
Requirements & Documentation: Run workshops, capture user stories, map processes and validate solutions with finance teams.
End-to-End Delivery: Own the SDLC—from backlog grooming through UAT and rollout—across multiple concurrent projects.
Reporting & Insight: Build dashboards that surface KPIs for our clients.
Continuous Improvement: Analyse data to spot, then drive change.
Training & Change Management: Create UAT scripts, deliver end-user training and craft release notes that turn features into adoption.

Qualification, skills, and experience:
3+ years’ Business Analysis experience in accounting, practice-management software or fintech.
Master’s degree in Business, Accounting or Computer Science.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong relationship building, stakeholder management and vendor engagement skills are required as well as the ability to deliver under pressure.
A high degree of self-motivation, time management, critical thinking, adaptability to changing needs and independently managing multiple tasks
