• We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team on an initial 12-month contract, based in Bella Vista with hybrid work options available. • What we’re looking for
• We are seeking someone who brings strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, and user story development. You should have experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and solution rollout, along with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools integrated with MS Teams is essential, and familiarity with Salesforce is highly desirable. Experience in the health care, aged care, or service sectors with dispersed workforces will be considered an advantage.
• The role
• Reporting to the Director, Transformation and Improvement and working closely with the Head of IT and the IT Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will immerse yourself in the business to understand our operations, gather and analyse requirements, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Your work will directly support the successful delivery of digital and operational transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities include

• Translating business challenges into clear, testable requirements and user stories
• Mapping current and future processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimisation
• Supporting solution design, prioritisation, testing, and change adoption
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders and key team members across all facets of business operations.
• Analysing and discussing change requests and preparing clear documentation
• Defining reporting requirements, KPIs, and dashboards
• Coordinating workshops and contributing to project planning and governance
• Communicating changes and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
