Join our dedicated RSAS team, committed to improving school attendance in remote communities by providing reliable transport, breakfast services, and supportive engagement with families. This role involves:
• Conducting daily bus runs to pick up children from home and bring them to Maningrida College (primary, secondary, and homelands education) and safely return them in the afternoon.
• Playing a key role in strengthening community relationships by supporting RSAS Supervisors and Officers in attendance monitoring and family outreach.

Key Responsibilities
• Safely transport students to and from school on a daily schedule.
• Communicate positively with students, families, and RSAS team members.
• Assist with coordination for attendance tracking and share observations with RSAS staff.
• Support school engagement through attendance incentives and follow-up efforts.

Who We’re Looking For
• Valid and pristine NT driver’s licence, bus/HiAce experience highly regarded.
• A person with respect for Yolngu culture and a strong connection to the Maningrida community.
• Reliable, punctual, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in remote conditions and committed to positive outcomes for children and families.
