• Lodge and manage applications through the Plan SA Portal.

• Conduct thorough building rules assessments and issue project approvals.

• Coordinate all necessary authority approvals and referrals.

• Maintain precise project registrations, databases, and client records.

• Prepare and issue professional reports, approvals, and expert advice.

• Perform site inspections and undertake interstate travel as required.

• Collaborate with consulting structural engineers on complex matters.

• Keep your professional accreditation up-to-date.

Skills & Qualifications

• You have previous experience as a building surveyor.

• You are highly proficient in time management and organisation, comfortable handling multiple priorities.

• You are an excellent communicator with strong report-writing skills.

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.

• A solid understanding of building control and development approval legislation is a significant advantage.
