SALARY PACKAGE

We are a multi-faceted maintenance company providing commercial facility services in building, grounds and cleaning maintenance. We take on both small and large commercial contracts including ad hoc and projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Under the guidance of the operations manager, oversee and ensure works are delivered on time, on budget and to standard. Stepping in to fill operational requirements anywhere in the business as required.
- Master AroFlo, our Job Management Software and use this powerful tool in the office and in the field to ensure smooth delivery of operations.
- Examine job requests, plan and implement works approved by management to the appropriate standard.
- Build a rapport with clients and develop positive working relationships.
- Build bonds with contractors and the team to effectively deliver projects and foster confidence and pride.
- Ensuring jobs are logged and traceable in management software (AroFlo) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Quoting of works as requested and sourcing new works through proactive assessments on site.
- Sourcing, assessing and engaging prospective contractors.
- Sourcing and ordering materials and tracking delivery.
- Keeping track of upcoming, underway and completed tasks and works in conjunction with Office Administration.
- Effective management and utilization of the most valuable resource, the team.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- Pref year 12 completion but not essential with good references and experience.
- White and Blue cards, and other tickets are an advantage and will need to be obtained if possessed.
- Must provide a national police check
- An ASIC check may need to be obtained for some sites.
- Current First Aid
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Great computer literacy, a large portion of this role is computer based in the office.
- Great organizational skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to sell yourself and the business.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Trade experience and broad skills knowledge are essential and highly regarded.
- A driver’s license and reliable transport are essential.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- A portion of your time will be in the office on the phone and computer.
- A portion of your time will be in the field both facilitating and ensuring the delivery of works.
- You will be constantly adjusting your day on the go and evolving to suit the situations as they arise.
- You will be presented with a wide variety of challenges and projects most days that will require flexibility, creativity and a proactive attitude,

CONSIDERATIONS
Training will be provided on the workflow of our company, however great IT skills are important in this role and experience in the following will be a significant advantage.
- AroFlo experience or a similar platform such as ServiceM8, Simpro, Tradify etc
- Outlook email and calendar management
- MS Office 365 suite especially SharePoint, Excel, Word, Teams
- Reasonable typing speed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
