J Adamini Formwork was established in 2005 by Joe Adamini and specialises in all aspects of Formwork, AFS, Concrete Placement and Steel Fixing on varied projects in the Perth Metro Area. Joe has over 20 years' experience and has created a Company that has become an industry leader with a strong reputation for reliability, quality workmanship and professionalism.

With an office in Baldivis, we're currently looking for a Building Estimator to join our team working on projects within the Perth Metro area.

Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 3 years work experience
- Relevant industry experience specifically with formwork, concrete and reinforcement
- Diverse projects, commercial, industrial, government and apartments
- Experience with estimating software packages such as Planswift and exceptional Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Liaise with Builders, Subcontractors and Suppliers and build relationships
- Pricing projects up to $7M
- Preparing quotations and tender submissions
- Capability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- The ability to identify risks and opportunities and to raise tender RFI's
- Develop reinforcement schedules from engineer drawings
- Produce formwork designs using AutoCad and provide material counting to Site Supervisor's and Yard Manager.

Remuneration of $76,515 - $110,000 will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
