About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Associate to join our construction team. In
this role, you support the delivery of residential and commercial building projects by assisting
with site coordination, interpreting construction plans, and supervising on-site activities under
the direction of licensed builders or project managers. You play a key role in maintaining high
standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across all stages of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
? Assist in interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications to guide daily
operations.
? Coordinate the supply and delivery of materials and equipment to maintain smooth
project flow.
? Supervise and support subcontractors and labourers to ensure tasks are completed to
standard and on schedule.
? Monitor on-site safety and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with WHS
regulations.
? Perform quality control checks and ensure construction work aligns with project
requirements and building codes.
? Maintain detailed site records, including progress reports, material logs, and incident
documentation.
? Liaise with clients, supervisors, and external contractors to resolve issues and maintain
clear communication.
? Support the preparation of cost estimates and assist in materials take-offs during
planning phases.
? Assist with site logistics, scheduling, and organisation of project phases.
? Implement effective environmental and waste management practices on-site.
