Task Description: I need a simple internal staff portal built (not public-facing, not indexed on Google). The purpose is purely for staff to quickly and securely access WHS and company documents. I already have: Domains: .com (currently hosted through DreamIt, cPanel ready) .com.au (would like to point this to the site) JotForms (internal/WHS/staff) already redirect to this site once submitted. Requirements: Homepage: Display a safety message cartoon and message (funny/friendly but still serious).- Autoplay This page is redirected to from JotForms, so ideally it should be viewable without login. A login button to access the secure staff portal. Logins: Admin login (for myself to manage and update documents/site). Staff login (single shared user login, with the ability for me to change password as needed to restrict access). Document Repository: A clean, simple, technician-friendly layout where staff can quickly access: 67 x MSDS (PDF) 51 x Risk Assessments for hazardous MSDS (currently Word, can convert to PDF) 23 x Safe Operating Procedures (Word, can convert to PDF) 53-slide Induction (PowerPoint) 52-page Employee Handbook (Word and PDF) Notes: This site is not an advertisement and not public-facing. Functionality and simplicity are more important than design, though I’d like the look to align somewhat with our current website or the style/colours of our forms. I’m happy to do the uploading of documents myself once the base/site is set up. Deliverables: Working staff portal with homepage (cartoon + safety message + login). Admin and staff login access. Secure, simple storage solution for documents listed above.
