I am looking for a developer to create a secure software platform (to be built in my Replit account) that will streamline the process of conducting pre-employment physicals. Scope of Work The software should provide: Client Portal Ability for clients to book appointments online. Dashboard to track the status and progress of pre-employment physicals. Secure access to their final report once the assessment is complete. Practitioner Portal Customisable fields for practitioners to enter assessment data from pre-employment physical tests. Ability to upload results, notes, and recommendations. Generate structured reports (PDF/online view) that can be securely shared with clients and employers. Administration Secure login for clients, practitioners, and admins. Appointment management (scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations). Storage of reports and test data in compliance with healthcare privacy standards (AHPRA-compliant, domestic servers only). Requirements Strong experience in Python / JavaScript and working with the Replit environment. Experience building secure healthcare or HR software platforms. Knowledge of appointment scheduling systems and report generation. Understanding of data security & compliance (preferably AHPRA/HIPAA standards). Ability to design a user-friendly interface for both clients and practitioners. Deliverables Fully functional web application hosted in Replit. Client and practitioner login portals. Appointment booking and tracking system. Report generation and secure client access. Practitioner data entry system with customisable fields. Documentation and basic user guide.
