Seeking an experienced Automation Expert to develop an n8n/ make.com workflow that powers a Voice agent & Chat bot to act as a Receptionist for Tradesmen in Australia. The Ai agent will be responsible for capturing opportunities, appointment setting, FAQ handling, Emergency situation handling, controlling a calendar and most importantly saving the time and energy of the tradesman. We are seeking an integral freelancer who's passion not only lies in the Build, but in the Development cycle as well. Therefore fluent English in mandatory. We currently have multiple iterations of prototypes to go off of but now it is time to get an expert in to brainstorm and build a Streamlined PRODUCTION READY Agent. You will be working closely with the founder of our Automation Agency that has background knowledge of the industry, therefore you will not solely "bear the burden" to figure out industry specific information and majority of this we already have ready to go. We just need refinement and an Automation expert to put it all together. Open doors to future opportunities will be presented to the person that does a great job and matches our sense of urgency. I want to note that this Job isn't for the individual that is balancing 10 other projects and will only be able to work on this every 3rd day or so.
