Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Google Apps Script developer to build a lightweight CRM system using Google Sheets + Google Apps Script, with smart filtering and seamless integrations to third-party apps. The CRM will be used to manage leads, calls, and email outreach. Responsibilities: Design and build a Google Sheets–based CRM that allows for: Filtering and sorting leads by multiple criteria (status, priority, tags, etc.) Easy data entry and updating by multiple users Develop custom Google Apps Scripts to: Automate workflows inside the CRM Trigger follow-up tasks, reminders, or status updates Integrate with Gemini (call and email functions) and other third-party apps for: Outbound calls Email outreach and tracking Logging communication history back into Sheets Ensure smooth and scalable setup that can be easily used and maintained by non-technical team members Requirements: Proven experience with Google Apps Script & Google Sheets automation Strong understanding of APIs and third-party app integrations Ability to create intuitive, user-friendly filtering systems Experience building lightweight CRMs, lead management tools, or workflow automations Bonus: Knowledge of Google Workspace ecosystem (Docs, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) integrations Deliverables: Fully functional CRM built on Google Sheets & Apps Script Filters for managing and segmenting leads Integration with Gemini (calls & emails) and logging back into the CRM Documentation and a short handover session Contract Type: Fixed price (with clear milestones) or hourly — open to discussion. Ideal Candidate: You are a problem solver who has previously built CRMs, dashboards, or workflow automations with Google Apps Script. You understand how to tie in external APIs and make tools reliable and easy to use.
