Title: Build a Circle Community Concierge Bot (GPT + Circle API, RAG Only) Description: I run an online community on the Circle platform. I need a developer to build a concierge bot that lives inside Circle (as a bot user) and answers member questions like “Where is this?” or “I got a fine, what do I do?”. The bot must: Answer strictly from my Circle content (posts, docs, comments) — no outside internet knowledge. Use retrieval-augmented generation (RAG): index my Circle spaces (Trust Course, Fines, Templates, Announcements), chunk content, and serve answers with direct links back to posts. Acknowledge reasoning: If the bot combines multiple steps, it must say it is reasoning and provide a disclaimer (e.g., “This is my reasoning based on TLC materials. Please confirm with staff before acting”). Refusal/Escalation: If no relevant content exists, the bot should politely refuse and offer to tag staff. Access control: Only surface content members already have permission to see. Interaction style: Friendly, human-like responses, but always with citations back to Circle. Deliverables: Bot user inside Circle (responds via DM or @mention). Indexer to pull Circle posts/comments from selected spaces and build a vector database.
