About Conlex: Conlex Development Group is a Bali-based property developer launching our latest luxury villa and apartment project to international investors. We need a seasoned graphic designer to craft a high-impact, investor-focused brochure that clearly communicates the strength of the investment case behind our villas. What we're including in the brochure/pitch deck: Project details: Location highlights, architectural features, floor plans. Investment process: step-by-step guide on how to reserve, purchase, and manage the asset Company overview: mission, track record, team credentials Financial projections: ROI scenarios, rental yields, exit strategies, break-even timelines Call to action: clear next steps and contact information We will provide all of the copy, images, and projections for the brochure. Responsibilities ... - Develop creative concepts and page layouts for a 12-page A4 brochure - Design charts/infographics to visualise projected returns and growth drivers - Export a web-optimised PDF for email distribution - Deliver all editable source files with linked assets and font details Required Skills & Experience - Adobe InDesign expert - Experience with Canva - Ability to convert financial tables into clear, visually engaging graphics - Meticulous attention to detail (spelling, alignment, color consistency) Bonus / Nice-to-Have - Experience with investor-facing marketing collateral - Familiarity with real-estate - Basic copy-editing Deliverables & Timeline - Draft concepts: within 3 business days of project start - Final files: within 7 business days after concept sign-off Files to deliver: - InDesign (or Illustrator) master files - Web-optimised PDF - Editable assets and font documentation WHAT WE DO/SEND TO MAKE YOUR JOB EASY - Send our old brochure - Send other brochures that we're looking to model this one after - Call at any time to answer questions - Deliver all of the projections and copy for the brochure.
