Role Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing complex, multi-layered client accounts that include multiple SOWs, workstreams, and deliverables. Unlike a traditional Project Manager, this role operates at a higher level — managing the full scope of an account, ensuring all SOWs are delivered on time and on budget, and sourcing external partners when client needs go beyond inBeat's core capabilities. Program Managers may eventually oversee one or more Project Managers while focusing on overall program health, coordination, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

Account-Wide Program Oversight

  • Manage multiple SOWs across a single client

  • Ensure each project is delivered on time and on budget

  • Coordinate timelines, approvals, and progress across all scopes

  • Ensure cross-functional alignment across Paid Media, Creative, PM, CCP, and Strategy

External Resourcing & Partner Management

  • Identify when client needs exceed internal capabilities

  • Source and manage third-party vendors or partners as needed

  • Ensure outside deliverables meet inBeat's quality and timeline standards

Strategic Delivery Coordination

  • Serve as the main delivery point of contact for complex accounts

  • Align all scopes with client business objectives and delivery milestones

  • Anticipate scope changes or expansion opportunities based on client needs

Project Oversight & Team Leadership

  • Work alongside or above Project Managers managing individual SOWs

  • Support Project Managers in execution, blockers, and alignment

  • Own communication of program-level progress, risks, budget status, and wins to internal leadership

Deliverables
  • Program-wide delivery plans and timelines

  • Budget tracking and scope progress reports

  • Cross-functional coordination plans

  • Vendor sourcing and onboarding documentation (as needed)

  • Program-level performance updates and risk summaries

Owned Outcomes

On-Time, On-Budget Delivery
Every SOW under the program is completed within agreed timelines and financial scope.

Client Confidence in Complex Programs
Clients feel secure and supported managing high-value, multi-stream engagements with inBeat.

Efficient Use of Internal + External Resources
When client needs exceed scope, external partners are brought in quickly and seamlessly.

Strategic Oversight Across Projects
All projects under an account are moving together in sync, not in silos.

What this Role Does Not Own
  • Single-SOW execution without broader program complexity (owned by Project Managers)

  • Creative or strategic direction (owned by Creative Strategy)

  • Sales or SOW pricing (owned by Account Managers)

  • Final invoicing or budget reconciliation (owned by Finance)
