Scope of Work • Create Canva template sets for Brochure, Flyers, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Google My Business • Each set includes 6–7 layouts: Base, Special Offer, Promo, Announcement (Orange/Violet), and Blank • Add locked footers with: o Company details o Logo o Accreditation o Contact details and addresses • Ensure consistent fonts, colors, and branding (style guides provided) • Create branded folder covers for easy navigation • Deliver Canva Template Links for each platform 1. Brand Hub Setup Create a new folder in Canva: Wallaby Storage Brand Hub. Inside it, create 6 design files: WAL_Facebook_Templates WAL_Instagram_Templates WAL_LinkedIn_Templates WAL_TikTok_Templates WAL_WhatsApp_Templates WAL_GMB_Templates 2. Brand Kit (Apply to All Files) Colors: Violet → #410099 Orange → #FF6B00 White → #FFFFFF Black → #000000 Fonts: Headings: Lato Bold Subheadings: Lato Medium Body: Lato Regular Backup font: Roboto Logo: Upload Logo 3. Footer Bar (Add & Lock in All Templates) Rectangle bar across the bottom. Color: Orange (on Violet backgrounds) or Violet (on Orange/light backgrounds). White text inside: Address Email | Website Logo left-aligned. Lock the entire footer (cannot be moved or edited). 4. CTA Box Style (Above Footer) Rounded rectangle (corner radius 30–40 px). Fill color: Orange or Violet (opposite of footer). White text, Lato Bold, centered. Lock style and size → only allow editable text.
