We are seeking a skilled professional to create a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for carpentry works in a commercial project. The project involves both administration and warehouse areas, requiring precise quantification of materials and labor for fire rated and non fire rated timber doors and frames, timber and aluminium skirting and bathroom fixtures )non plumbing). Also any other works pertaining to a carpentry scope that may be present aside from partitions and ceilings. i.e. feature timber etc. Documents and drawings will be provided to the hired candidate via drop box link.
