The Role:

Daily/weekly/monthly bookkeeping for multiple industries.
Bank reconciliations, debtors/creditors management, payroll processing
Month end reconciliations , quarterly GST reconciliations

Requirements :

Minimum of 4 years bookkeeping and payroll experience
Sound knowledge of Xero
Outstanding attention to detail
Out of the box thinker.
Good team player and be able to work independently
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines with the support of your team.
Certificate IV in Bookkeeping

Who are we??
We are located in Brisbane. This is a remote position, this would be discussed in the interview. We are not looking to outsourcing or engage offshore.
Entire Bookkeepers is slightly different to most bookkeeping businesses, we get involved in our client’s business and over time we find, they give us more and more work as we help them systemise how they operate.
Our role is to work with our clients to support them to run their businesses better, to have a better bottom line and get their time back to look after themselves and be with their family and friends more, doing the things they enjoy.
