I have a manuscript for a book in Word format (around 535 pages, A4). I need professional formatting so publishers like KDP and IngramSpark can publish print copies and e-books. Formatting for print books need to be capable of being printed on US Trade (6” x 9”) pages. I also need a striking book cover including spine and back cover (copy provided in the manuscript). Two versions - one using US English spelling and the other using UK English spelling.
