We’re seeking experienced Boners to join our mobile game meat processing crew. You'll be responsible for boning and trimming wild game meat to customer specifications in a hygienic, chilled environment.

You'll be a member of a team that works 7 days on, then takes 7 days off. You’ll experience an attractive work–life balance and enjoy a stable and predictable income, reviewed annually.

Initially located at Brayton NSW, near Marulan for about six months, then expected opportunity for relocation to other areas in NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform boning, trimming, and preparation of meat in accordance with HACCP and internal standards
• Use knives, saws, and meat-processing tools safely and accurately
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of tools, workspaces, and equipment
• Assist with general labour duties as required (e.g., carcass breakdown, clean down)
• Follow WHS protocols and wear all appropriate PPE
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

Requirements:
• Prior experience in boning, butchering, or meat processing (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Excellent knife-handling skills and ability to work with precision and speed
• Sound understanding of Food Safety and HACCP procedures
• NSW Food Safe Handling Certificate
• Certificate III in Meat Processing (Boning Room)
• First Aid & CPR Certificate – preferred
• Manual Driver’s Licence – desirable
• Physically fit and comfortable working in cold-room and remote environments
