Key Responsibilities
• Perform fabrication and welding tasks including MIG/TIG welding.
• Interpret and work from AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications.
• Carry out general boilermaking duties in a fast-paced, hands-on workshop environment.
• Ensure work is completed with precision, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain equipment and follow workshop procedures.

Requirements
• Relevant trade qualifications or proven industry experience.
• Strong experience in MIG/TIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
• High attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and safety.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Full work rights in Australia.
• Must already be living in Sydney.
• Valid Driver’s Licence (Required).
• Ability to reliably commute or relocate to St Marys, NSW 2760 before commencement.

Work Conditions
• Workshop-based only (No site work).
• Overtime available.
• Stable and supportive workplace conditions.

Schedule
• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability (as required)
