Biscuit Factory Cleaner / All Rounder

We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Factory Cleaner / All Rounder to join our team at our client’s bakery factory in Milperra. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping a workspace spotless, works well around machinery, and isn’t afraid to get involved wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

Industrial cleaning across production areas and warehouse floors

Handling rubbish and recycling, keeping work areas clear and safe

Using a pressure washer for deep cleaning tasks

Stripping down and cleaning machinery within required timeframes

Taking ownership of cleaning tasks and ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard

Assisting as a factory all-rounder when needed across the factory floor

Preferred Skills & Experience

Previous experience in food manufacturing, industrial cleaning (ideal)

Knowledge of using cleaning chemicals safely and effectively

A current forklift licence would be an advantage (or willingness to obtain one)

Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail

Requirements

Available for early starts — 6am or 7am shifts

Monday to Friday availability

Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kgs

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
