We are now seeking a driven and strategic Specialist Representative (Bio Product Specialist) to join our Victoria field force team. Job Description About the Role: You will be responsible for promoting our portfolio to Rheumatologists, Gastroenterologists, and Paediatric Endocrinologists across Victoria West and Tasmania, with a focus on key regional centres. Your ability to build trusted relationships and execute targeted engagement plans will be critical to your success. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth and uptake across specialist accounts in Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and Paediatric Endocrinology. Build strong, enduring relationships with key opinion leaders, Specialists and their multidisciplinary teams. Execute territory business plans aligned with national strategy. Deliver engaging, value-driven presentations that highlight the real-world patient impact of our therapies and support specialist decision-making. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide timely insights from the field. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and pharmacy teams. Report and address technical complaints, adverse events, and special cases promptly. What You’ll Bring: Proven success as a Specialist Representative or GP Representative ready to step up. An established network within the target customer group is highly desirable. Strong communication, influencing, and business acumen skills. Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing a large geographical territory. Willingness to travel across Victoria, including overnight stays.
