About
- Manage and organize emails, reports, and general office communications.
- Use contractor/project management software to handle:
- Dispatching jobs and technicians
- Invoicing and billing
- Tracking work orders and project updates
- Create, update, and maintain reports and documentation for management.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls (in English & Spanish) with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and calendar management.
- Support internal administrative tasks to allow field teams to focus on operations.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely communication across teams.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or office management.
- Familiarity with contractor software, CRM, or invoicing systems (training provided if needed).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Tech-proficient (Google Workspace, MS Office, project/dispatch software).
- Professional, dependable, and client-service oriented.
- 25 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9AM–2PM US Pacific Standard Time
- $5-$7USD/hour
- HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
