Goals - Automation: Use Zapier to handle repetitive updates and syncs across platforms - Visibility: HubSpot dashboards track deal stages and client status - Traceability: Microsoft Dynamics logs every PO, shipment, and cost - Client-Centricity: Every touchpoint is branded, timely, and intentional—including delivery prep guides and installation scheduling via Asana - Scalability: Onboard more projects without increasing headcount In this role, you will be responsible for assessing our current operational systems, identifying areas for improvement, and developing actionable strategies to implement changes.
