The Role
60 part-time horticultural workers are required starting December 2025 on a six-month maximum-term contract in Oaks, Tasmania, along with other properties around the region as required. Workers must be available to work 5-7 days per week. Hours of work will vary daily with the demands, although a minimum of 35-hours per week.
This work is mainly outdoors in various weather conditions and will include picking, packing and general crop management of berry varieties. Wages will be under the Horticultural Award 2020 and paid at the Level 1 permanent hourly award rate ($24.28 per hour) and a piecework arrangement (per KG or punnet).
About you / Criteria
