Key Responsibilities

Provide a wide range of professional beauty treatments to clients in a safe and hygienic manner

Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments and products

Promote and sell beauty products and services, advising customers on correct product use

Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client bookings

Maintain accurate records of client treatments, stock levels, and financial transactions

Support stock control, including monitoring inventory and reporting low stock levels

Ensure all treatment areas are clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards

Follow and comply with occupational health and safety regulations at all times

Work collaboratively with the salon manager and team members

Assist with promotional activities and in-salon marketing initiatives
