We are seeking a professional to prepare a baseline valuation for our business. At this stage, we don’t need a milestone-driven valuation or future projections — we already have two valuations and a peer review based on milestones. What we want now is a clear, concise, one or two page base valuation based purely on the company overview and the unique aspects of the business as it stands today. Scope: - Review our company overview document (provided). - Prepare a base valuation of the business without milestones or future forecasts. - Focus on the platform itself and its unique business model. - Deliverable: a one-page summary valuation (PDF/Word). Requirements: - Experience in business/startup valuations. - Ability to create a clear, defensible baseline value using standard industry methods. - Quick turnaround preferred. Ideal for: - Valuers, finance analysts, or consultants familiar with early-stage tech companies is a MUST. - Those comfortable producing light, report-style valuations without full financial models. - Please include examples of previous valuation reports in your application.
