Zarraffa’s Coffee Gracemere is looking for passionate, reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team.

We are currently hiring for Supervisors, Baristas, and Junior Team Members. Whether you’re an experienced professional or new to the workforce, we offer roles with training, flexibility, and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities (based on role):

• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent Zarraffa’s with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Prepare and serve high quality beverages and food items
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and well organised store environment
• Operate POS systems, handle transactions, and manage customer queries
• For Supervisors: Lead shifts, support and train team members, manage stock, and handle customer concerns
• For Junior Team Members: Learn foundational hospitality skills including food prep, cleaning, and customer service

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for coffee and hospitality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability across early mornings, weekdays and weekends
• Previous experience in retail or hospitality is highly regarded for baristas and supervisors
• No experience required for junior team members - we provide full training
• Leadership or supervisory experience is essential for Supervisor roles
