We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team at Lords & Lads Barbershop, located inside Yanchep Central Shopping Centre, WA. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality grooming services, maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere, and contribute to the growth of our modern barbershop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform men’s haircuts, fades, beard trims, and shaves using scissors, clippers, and razors
- Consult with clients to understand style preferences and recommend grooming solutions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, workstations, and the shop environment
- Manage appointment schedules and walk-in clients professionally
- Promote grooming products and services where appropriate
- Stay updated with current barbering trends and techniques
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards

Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a professional barber
- Proficiency in fades, beard grooming, razor shaves, and styling
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Certificate III in Barbering or equivalent qualification preferred
