We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Manager/ Supervisor to join our leadership team and help us deliver exceptional experiences for both our valued guests and team.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the Venue Manager in overseeing day-to-day beverage operations
• Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Assist with rostering, inventory control and compliance.
• Drive guest experience and manage service standards in a high-volume, premium environment.
• Work closely with senior management to achieve financial and service KPIs.
Skills & Experience
• Demonstrated cocktail creation, service skills
• Ability to train and develop others in cocktails, spirts, beer and wine knowledge and production
• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within premium dining or high-end hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• RSA certification essential.
