The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of the bar. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and passionate about hospitality, with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent guest experiences
Recruit, train, and motivate bar staff to maintain high service standards
Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control
Develop and update drink menus, keeping current with trends and seasonal offerings
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, costs, and budgets
Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
What We’re Looking For:

Diploma degree of Hospitality and Management or equivalent qualification. 3 years relevant working experience will be acceptable if you don’t have formal qualification
Previous experience as a Bar Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A hands-on leader who leads by example
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
