Bella Alice is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Bar Attendant Supervisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising and coordinating bar operations to ensure smooth service.
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ensuring compliance with responsible service of alcohol requirements.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies.
• Training and guiding bar attendants in daily operations.
• Providing high-quality customer service and resolving guest enquiries.

About you:
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience as a Bar Attendant Supervisor or in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service standards.
• Ability to supervise and lead a small team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of workplace hygiene and safety standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Salary:
$68,000.00 - $78,000.00 per annum.
