Zinc is now looking for an experience Bar Attendant Supervisor to join their team.

The right candidate will be responsible for:

Supervise the bar area and their employees;
Prepare bar for service: adequate supplies of glassware, drinks, bottles, garnishes; fonts and post-mix inspected and fully operational;
POS operational with float accounted for; etc
Serve guests Beer, Wine and Spirits in accordance with venue guest service guidelines and policies;
Prepare coffees and hot drinks as requested;
Promote the bar food and drink menu items;
Maintain equipment and advise on repairs or improvements needed for greater efficiency;
Washing glassware and utensils after each use;
Handling money and giving customers change when necessary;
Replace beer kegs when necessary;
Maintain replenished stock levels in fridges, freezers and fruit containers for cocktails;
Maintain a safe work environment by complying with health and safety regulations;
Mix and prepare different varieties of cocktails and drinks for customers

About you:

At least 1 year of experience as Bar Attendant Supervisor;
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and drinks;
Strong communication skills;
Outstanding customer service skills;

Salary: $76,000 - $80,000
