Oversee, train, and schedule bar attendants to ensure efficient service delivery.
Supervise daily bar operations, including inventory management, procurement, and financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and other regulatory requirements.
Monitor service standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
Assist in the development and implementation of bar promotions and events.
Ensure that cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained within the bar area.
Prepare daily reports on sales, staffing, and stock usage for management review and approval.
Assist the Venue/Bar Manager in conducting staff performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures as necessary.
Ensure that all bar equipment is properly maintained and report any issues immediately.
