About
Are you an experienced administrator with a knack for SAP and a passion for scheduling? We're looking for dedicated Scheduling Officers to join our clients team in Chermside on a 3-month contract.
Your new position:
Role: Scheduling Officer (Band 4)
Location: Chermside, Queensland
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.25-hour shifts between 7am - 4pm
Compensation: $57.10 per hour + 12% superannuation
Contract: 3-month initial contract with potential for extension
Work Arrangement: This is an in-office role; no work-from-home (WFH) options are available.
You'll be a vital part of the team, providing specialised administrative and coordination services. This isn't just a desk job—you'll be actively involved in key functions that keep their operations running efficiently. Your day-to-day will involve:
Scheduling & Coordination: Allocating and prioritising work schedules to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring our technical officers and contractors are where they need to be.
SAP Mastery: Administering the full lifecycle of work orders within SAP, from initial receipt of notifications to processing completion reports. This experience is essential.
Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
Disaster Response: Playing a critical role in coordinating responses during natural disasters, managing the urgent work that follows.
Reporting & Data Management: Ensuring accurate data input and generating vital reports on budgets, work volume, and contractor management.
What we are looking for:
You'll thrive in this role if you're a proactive, solutions-oriented individual with a strong background in administration and scheduling.
Must-Haves:
Mandatory SAP Experience: Your application won't be considered without demonstrable experience in SAP, specifically with work order and notification management.
Work Order/Scheduling Experience: Proven experience in work order administration, contract management, or work scheduling is required.
On-Site Availability: Ability to work from the Chermside office five days a week.
Highly Regarded:
Previous scheduling experience is a big plus.
A problem-solving mindset with an excellent eye for detail.
