2 Banana Farm Workers Required: Employed Full-time under the Horticultural Award 2020 (MA000028) *Level 1 position with ability to progress based on experience level

Field based position undertaking a range of banana growing activities. This is a physical role which will require the staff member to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Activities include but are not limited to: • Harvesting • Deleafing • Desuckering • Stringing • Fixing Irrigation • Weeding

Essential Criteria: • Physically Fit • Ability to work as part of a team • Available to work 38 hours a week (with additional work hours optional) • Monday - Friday with weekend work available • Ability to work unsupervised , ability to understand simple instructions • Flexibility to work in all weather conditions, such as daytime temperatures of over 35 degrees and long periods of constant rain • Prepared to start as soon as possible and remain in the position for a period of up to 4 years

Desirable Criteria: • Drivers License • Experience in farm labour work • Experience in driving farm machinery.

There is potential to upskill and additional training may be provided.
