Salary: $76,550 – $83,000 per annum + 12% superannuation

Our client, Prasna Pty Ltd ATF Prasna Discretionary Trust operates a busy Bakers Delight franchise in the Endeavour Hills, serving a strong local customer base with freshly baked breads, rolls and specialty products prepared daily. The bakery maintains strict quality and food safety standards while operating efficient high-volume production systems, supported by a collaborative and professional team environment.

Prasna Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled, reliable Baker to join its bakery. This is a full-time role for an experienced baker who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality bakery products.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
• Be qualified in Baking with AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training or AQF Certificate IV or have minimum three years’ experience as a Baker
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume production environments and ability to hand-mould efficiently.
• Practical knowledge of food handling, hygiene and safety standards (HACCP or equivalent).
• Proven ability to work early mornings and flexible rostered hours, including weekends.

In this role your main responsibilities include:
• Prepare and produce breads, rolls, pastries and filled goods to company recipes and yield specifications.
• Knead, mix, mould, shape, proof and process dough and pastry to scheduled production plans.
• Operate and monitor production equipment and ovens; adjust baking times and temperatures to ensure quality and consistency.
• Apply finishing processes including glazing, decorating and assembling product lines.
• Perform stock, inventory and basic quality control checks on raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and equipment cleanliness; follow HACCP and workplace procedures.
• Meet daily production targets and help manage workflow during peak periods.
• Assist with basic machine operation, cleaning and routine maintenance of baking equipment.
• Emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and other cooking equipment

• Able to work effectively in a small team and take direction from supervisors.
• Reliable, punctual and physically able to manage manual tasks in a production setting.
• Positive attitude, ability to stay calm under pressure and to meet production
