Position: Baker
Responsibilities
1. Verify the cleanliness of equipment and the workplace before starting production, ensuring full compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
2. Inspect the quality of raw materials and accurately measure ingredients required for each preparation.
3. Knead, rest, cut, mould, mix, and shape dough and pastry products according to established recipes.
4. Prepare and assemble pastry fillings for various baked goods.
5. Oversee oven temperatures and monitor product appearance to adjust baking times as needed.
6. Organize and manage the stages of forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning, and cooling batches of bread, rolls, and pastries.
7. Apply glazes to buns and pastries, and decorate cakes with cream, icing, or other toppings.
8. Operate specialized machinery to roll and mould dough and cut biscuits.
9. Empty, clean, and grease baking trays, tins, and other kitchen equipment after use.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Certificate III or equivalent
- 1 year of full time experience or 2 part time.
