About the Role
We are looking for an experienced baker who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team. You will be responsible for producing a variety of baked goods to a high standard, ensuring consistency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and bake a range of breads, pastries, and cakes.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients.
• Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and workplace health & safety.

About You
• Trade qualification or equivalent experience in baking.
• Strong knowledge of bread and pastry production.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• A positive attitude and team-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
