We’re an Australian-based leadership development small business, currently looking for a strategic copywriter to become an ongoing partner – someone who can help us bring our voice to life across B2B sales & marketing emails, LinkedIn, website copy, and thought-leadership content. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how our brand shows up to some of Australia’s top HR decision-makers. To find the right fit, we'd like to trial a small group of freelancers with a small starting project. About the Trial The goal of the trial is to test your ability to write compelling, brand-aligned copy that positions us as a thought leader and drives senior HR leaders to engage with us. You’ll choose one of two trial pathways (detailed briefs and reference material to be shared separately). Option 1: Email & LinkedIn 1 x thought-leadership email on the topic of “Unlearning” (two versions with different CTAs) 1 x LinkedIn post written in the voice of our CEO, drawing on the email content Option 2: Website & LinkedIn 1 x website product page for our Leadership Circle 360° + Coaching Package (SEO-optimised) 1 x LinkedIn post in CEO’s voice promoting the page Timings: We're looking to move quickly on this trial so we can then get working on some 'juicier' copywriting projects! We'd like the trial to start asap and make a freelancer selection on Oct 8th. Budget: Fixed price - please quote for either Option 1 or Option 2 and state your preference. We’re not just looking for beautiful words – we want a partner who: - Understands our positioning and can articulate it in a way that makes our audience sit up and take notice - Translates complex content into engaging, reader-friendly copy - Can ghostwrite in our brand and CEO’s style for thought-leadership and social content - Thinks strategically about how to move readers from interest → engagement → action We look forward to hearing from you!
