We are looking for a part-time Telemarketer / B2B Appointment Setter to help us reach out to halal restaurant owners and invite them to join our platform. Job Details Role: Telemarketer / Appointment Setter (B2B) Hours: ~20 hours per week (flexible scheduling) Location: Remote / Work from anywhere Contract Type: Freelance (via Upwork/Freelancer) Responsibilities Make outbound calls and send outreach messages to halal restaurant owners/managers. Use provided scripts to explain Halalicious and its benefits. Qualify leads and schedule appointments with interested restaurant owners. Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in our CRM or spreadsheet. Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion. Requirements Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or B2B sales (hospitality/restaurant industry experience is a big plus). Strong English communication skills (additional languages like Arabic, Urdu, Turkish, or Malay are a bonus). Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Must have a good internet connection and quiet workspace.
