Our client, Bundaberg Motor Group, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager (Workshop Controller) ready to take the next step in their career and lead a high-performing workshop team.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate daily workshop activities, ensuring optimal workflow and timely completion of service and repair tasks
• Supervise and mentor a team of skilled technicians, fostering a positive and collaborative environment
• Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in service delivery, in line with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices
• Collaborate with senior management to optimise resource allocation and achieve departmental goals
• Provide technical expertise to assist technicians with troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Ensure customers receive exceptional service and satisfaction
• Guarantee all vehicles are serviced and repaired according to customer instructions and manufacturer requirements

About You
• Proven experience in automotive service management or a similar leadership role
• Strong technical background with expertise in automotive systems and diagnostics
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
