What You’ll Be Doing:
• Overseeing daily workshop operations to keep everything running smoothly and on time
• Leading and mentoring a team of technicians, providing support and direction
• Ensuring high-quality service in line with manufacturer standards
• Working with senior management to achieve performance goals
• Providing hands-on help and technical guidance when required
• Ensuring customers receive exceptional service at every visit
• Confirming that all work is completed properly and meets expectations
