What you’ll actually be doing:

As our Service Advisor, you are the conductor of the orchestra. You are the vital link between our customers and our technicians.

• Translating "technical-speak" into plain English for customers.
• Managing the flow of the workshop to ensure no one is drowning and no one is idle.
• Owning the customer experience from the first "hello" to the final invoice.
• Building quotes that are fair, accurate, and easy to explain.
