About the role

Rayin Motors is seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team in Pakenham, VIC. This full-time role is responsible for providing high-quality automotive repairs and maintenance services to our valued customers. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running and reliability of our clients' vehicles.

What you'll be doing

Diagnose, repair and maintain a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks and light commercial vehicles
Carry out routine servicing and inspections to identify and resolve any mechanical issues
Use your technical expertise to troubleshoot and repair complex automotive problems
Maintain detailed records of all work carried out and parts used
Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer service at all times
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our workshop processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a related trade
Minimum 1 year of experience as a qualified Automotive Mechanic
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Good communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with customers
A safety-conscious approach and commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
