We’re looking for a highly skilled Automations Expert to integrate and streamline our marketing and operations systems. The goal is to ensure data flows seamlessly between platforms, reduce manual work, and improve team efficiency. This is an urgent hire with immediate start. Scope of Work: - Integrate Facebook Ads lead data into Monday.com CRM - Connect Monday.com with Klaviyo for automated email flows and segmentation - Set up Slack notifications for key events (e.g. new leads, campaign updates, reporting) - Build and optimise workflows using Zapier, Make (Integromat), or APIs - Troubleshoot and maintain integrations for reliability - Document workflows and provide simple team training Requirements: Proven experience with Facebook Ads, Monday.com, Klaviyo, and Slack integrations Strong knowledge of automation platforms (Zapier, Make, APIs) Understanding of marketing + CRM workflows (lead capture, nurturing, reporting) Excellent communication and ability to deliver fast results Available to start immediately Nice to Have: Experience with analytics/reporting (e.g. Looker Studio) Broader marketing automation experience Project Type: Ongoing project / hourly contract. 💡 If you’ve successfully connected these platforms before and can hit the ground running, we’d love to hear from you.
